I had a great stay at a conveniently located hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel's location made it easy for me to explore nearby attractions and there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel for further travel. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options and the staff were polite and helpful. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and quality. I had a satisfactory experience at this lovely hotel.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and within walking distance to the old Portuguese areas. It was great being so close to the inner harbor and the happening areas of Macau. The staff were attentive and the service was impeccable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I loved that breakfast was included. It was definitely great value for money!
All went smoothly, no areas for improvement.

We had a fantastic stay in a hotel that oozed luxury. Perfectly located for exploring all the city has to offer, you are just a short distance from all the casinos and tourist spots. the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a pristine bathroom. the staff were attentive and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious. the hotel facilities were great too, especially the free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal.
The internet connection could have been better.

We loved the hotel's classic charm and comfortable size. The location was ideal, close to the biggest department store and popular tourist spots like Ruins of St. Paul's. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Miranda Liu at the front desk. Rooms were always immaculate and pleasantly spacious.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and TV channels were good. We loved the amazing location of the hotel as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. the shuttle service was a convenient option.
We were disappointed that the hotel did not offer currency exchange for our currency. the fragrance in the hotel was too strong and overpowering for our tastes.

The hotel is located in a central area close to many shops and restaurants. the staff is friendly and welcoming, offering complimentary drinks upon arrival and late check-out. the view from the room is stunning, particularly at sunrise.
The room was a bit outdated and the bathroom was not very clean. the breakfast buffet had very limited options and the food did not taste fresh.

Furthermore, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to the City of Dreams, providing convenience for guests who want to explore more of Macau. The staff at this hotel are friendly, speak good English, and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-appointed with very comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offers an all-you-can-eat dim sum buffet in the mornings, which is not only delicious but also reasonably priced.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
